Call to Order @ 6:34 PM 2nd motion made by Lisa.

Approval of September Minutes -  Lisa made a motion to approve and Kristin seconded it.

Treasurer's Report  

• Current Balance - $ 837.97 as of tonight

President's Report 

• Donna and her partner Michael have property in Twin Lakes and are moving forward with building a vacation home there

  • She is in charge of building and believes she needs to step aside during this time effective w/the new election

  • Elections will be in December

  • Laura Mersmann has begun the permitting process for the 2025 food truck events 

    • Our park permit application has been accepted

    • By the end of the year, Nicole Kazenske will contact us with the preliminary permit (invoice), and permit requirements

Summer 2024 Wrap-Up

• Food Truck Friday’s

  • Long lines @ savory trucks @ Friday Food Truck Nights

  • 2 Savory Trucks instead of 1 (maybe 2 on the Rock Wall nights because attendance is greater

  • Issue w/final payment on the Payee

  • Overall cost is quite expensive

Santa at the Wellshire (Nov. 30) Pre-planning

• Donna is in contact with Todd Seymour at the Wellshire

• Donna w/make fliers and will put “Suggested Donation” on the fliers

• Donna will organize music & Kathy will collaborate

• Kathy w/reach out for Mrs. Claus

• DPL wants to partner
