Items to Vote On:

  • Due to conflict with the bank and removing Kristen from the account we need to vote on the following. I will bring a printed version for signatures.

  • Any opinions on getting information from ENT on what they offer an or other credit union?

    1. To further clarify, our bylaws for purposes of working with Credit Union of Colorado, the board hereby affirms that the “Secretary” position within our organization does not correspond to the “Corporate Secretary” role required by Credit Union of Colorado.

The board further affirms that the President of the organization shall also serve as the Corporate Secretary for all matters related to Credit Union of Colorado and shall hold all associated authority required by the bank.

Therefore, R. Arianna Morris, as President of the organization, is also designated as the Corporate Secretary and is authorized to exercise all powers associated with that role for purposes of conducting business with Credit Union of Colorado.

  • Coffee cart only sold roughly 200$ (400$ target to make stand worthwhile)

    • Long wait time due to logistics issues

    • Copper Door may have mobile cart

    • Off-week, easier to manage

    • 6th June, Saturday Before Food Truck Night begins

    • 20th June

    • Not to conflict with 27th, 28th Celebrations

Movie Night:

  • Eisenhower rec center has offered to host movie night. However the PTO may also be taking over. More to come here.

  • If we host it with the rec center we need to still provide the blow up screen and licensing costs. They have a projector and are in the process of solving the power issue.

  • Concerns of overlapping responsibilities

  • Will meet with Emily and PTO to determine roles of each respective organization

Bodybar:

  • Nikki from BODYBAR Pilates is opening in Tiffany Plaza in the Hampden South this July.

They would like to host a Free 30 Minute Mat Pilates Class event with University Hills. They have offered to host Mat Pilates at an already existing event.

  • They are aiming to do this between May 1st & June 20th.

  • Potential agreements:

    • Bodybar hosting their event in the park / in studio and advertising in UHNA newsletter

    • Invite to table at movie night (help alleviate insurance costs through event sponsorship, would help reduce costs if they were to run an event independently)
