City of Denver's Community Planning and Development

There's a lot happening in our city. It's important each of us stay involved to help guide the future of our city and our neighborhood. The City and County of Denver's Community Planning and Development (CPD) department has created a one-stop shop to stay up-to-date.

Community Engagement Portal
This page brings together all of Denver's Community Planning and Development (CPD) work to a single entry point. On this page, visitors will find links to:

  • Current planning and regulatory projects

  • Open surveys and other opportunities to weigh in

  • Information about the five boards and commissions staffed by CPD that make decisions on land use, presentation and design

  • Sign-ups for CPD's email contact lists

  • Frequently asked questions about CPD's community engagement

  • Raw data sets from past online surveys

  • CPD's new online calendar

Community Planning and Development Calendar

This new feature brings together meeting information for all of the following:

  • All public events related to current projects

  • Permitting presentations for contractors and homeowners

  • Denver Planning Board meetings

  • Landmark Preservation Commission meetings

  • Lower Downtown Design Review Commission meetings

  • Downtown Design Advisory Board meetings

Online Comment Form

The Denver Planning Board's online comment form allows users to submit comments for any agenda item that goes before the board. The form allows attachments so users can add letters, maps, pictures, or other relevant information. The Online Comment Form is available on the Planning Board webpage (www.DenverGov.org/PlanningBoard) when you click the button “Submit Comments.”
