The Features of University Hills
Bordered by I-25, Hampden and Colorado Boulevard, the University Hills nieghborhood is a residential neighborhood. Wide streets, schools, churches and the beautiful Eisenhower Park with its pool and recreation center lend a quiet suburban feel. Built post World War II, most homes are frame ranches but the area has seen some larger new homes built in the last few years. Bustling Colorado Boulevard on the west is home to movie theaters, stores, shopping and restaurants.
