UHNA Board Meeting | November 13, 2025

Attendees: Arianna, Kristin, Molly, Kathy, Mark, Sophie, Jim

Call to Order (Arianna) at 6:40 p.m.

Approval of October Minutes – Arianna moved, Kristin seconded, unanimous approval

Upcoming Community Events:

Santa at the Wellshire (Saturday Nov 29, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM):

• Kathy is bringing a box for donations 

• Holiday party offering with community thank you notes to sponsors throughout the year

  • Molly will design the card (regular-sized cardstock paper) and Arianna will print

  • Molly add to full poster: Modern Animal, Iliff Preschool, Shining Lotus

  • Arianna will print 12 – Molly email Arianna with quantity/type of paper

• Music: Kathy and Donna, potentially another friend with a violin

• Reaching out to Kristie wants to come and do crafts (DPD)

• We could reach out to the book bus → David can reach out

• Can anyone help with crafts?

  • Construction paper/popsicle sticks for ornaments?

    • Pipe cleaners

  • Could get pre-cut stuff from Michael’s?

  • Jim can supervise craft table 

  • Kristin can get stuff for popsicle stick ornaments – she will make prototypes

  • Arianna/Jim will get cardboard stuff/glue/etc

• Molly is bringing box for glasses donations

• Illif preschool and modern animal will be there

• Volunteers – set up at 9:30:

December 11 Community Meeting

• Library resources during closure – just a discussion, no representatives will be there

• Board Elections- Open officer roles include President and Secretary – we will do a group consensus decision, a vote isn’t needed.
