There is an application to rezone 3200 S Holly St from current zone district standards to allow: 1.) an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and 2.) building form changes.

Current Zone District: S-SU-D (Suburban Single Unit, 6000 ft)
Proposed Zone District: S-SU-D with waivers to allow an ADU
