Your representing Registered Neighborhood Organization (RNO), the University Hills Neighborhood Association (UHNA), is hosting a community meeting regarding the application to rezone 3200 South Holly Street, Denver, CO 80222.


Zone Change Application for 3200 S Holly St

There is an application to rezone 3200 S Holly St from current zone district standards to allow: 1.) an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and 2.) building form changes.

  • Zone Application Case #: 2021I-00096

  • Current Zone District: S-SU-D (Suburban Single Unit, 6000 ft)

  • Proposed Zone District: S-SU-D with waivers to allow an ADU
