UHNA is not taking a position on ANY item affecting the neighborhood unless or until we have done due diligence and research around said topic or issue.

Ongoing Vandalism @ Eisenhower Pickleball Courts:
Someone is complaining about the noise from the Pickleball Courts.
There was no petition presented
Kendra wants to know if UHNA is going to take a stand
UHNA is going to let it lie until/unless we hear from residents regarding concerns
ADU Letter
Emily fliered everyone within 200 feet of 3200 S. Holly and the UHNA voted against ADU petition
Donna will write the response letter by June 30 w/the board reviewing the letter prior to sending it
Kendra asked Emily and Donna to attend a City of Denver Focus Group on ADU’s this week on Thursday @ 5pm
