    The University Hills Neighborhood is bounded by I-25, Hampden, Colorado and Evans. Most of the houses were built in the early 1950's, and some of the original owners still reside here.

    "The purpose of University Hills Neighborhood Association is to improve the quality and vitality of the neighborhood - by providing a forum and opportunity for its residents and property owners to know their community, to share and resolve common concerns and to become well informed on important community issues."

    The University Hills Neighborhood Association is in the early stages of establishment, and as it grows, we hope it will foster a sense of community, help meet the needs of all its residents, and help preserve its unique character.
